Video: How to Test Starter

Watch: Quick test to find out if your starter is at peak and ready to be mixed into the dough

Fill a glass vessel with water. Drop about one tablespoon of the starter. It should not sink. If it’s floating on the surface of water then your starter is ready to be incorporated into the dough.
